I rented from Lloyd Management (Belle Court) for 14 months. The online portal made paying rent each month and submitting work orders a breeze. The building was quiet and the grounds were maintained by property management (Nolan) very well. I highly recommend renting from Lloyd!

I have had no issues with the new manager Heather, she is Jonny on the spot, she is approachable, respectful, and gets things done. I lived here 3 years and it's the BEST it's ever been. I wish we could update the laundry appliances to HE to save energy and water for Both the property and earth. We are now a locked building and I do like that extra security. We had some issues with snow removal, but Heather took care of that! She really works hard .

I've lived here for 6 years at Ridgely Park Apartments. I must say the Apartments are beautiful since they were fully remodeled last year! Lloyd is a great property management company! I love that our apartment feels like a small community, I love all my neighbors!

I used to live in the Harmony Manor apartment building and Lloyd Management managed the functions. I only moved to be closer to family. I would recommend this company to everyone who is looking for a property management company or a place to rent to live in. They are professional, kind and courteous! It's been a few years since I've talked to anyone with Lloyd Management so they don't even know I'm writing this review. I just felt that a good management company needed acknowledged!

I never write reviews, but wanted to share that I rented a unit at Northgate Townhomes and had a great experience. If you are a young professional searching for an apartment, I highly recommend this property. Kristi was awesome. Very professional, responsive, and respectful throughout the process.

I rented an apartment with them for a year and had no problems. All staff is very friendly and understanding. Maintenance is always quick when requested. They are much quicker and easier to communicate with than other property managements in the area. Huge thank you to Kristi for all of her help. I hope to stay at one of their properties again in the future!
