Our accountants prepare and provide monthly operating statements that give a detailed account of collections, disbursements, and day-to-day activity. Operating budgets and rental projections are provided for owner approval annually.  Our accounting staff will work closely with your CPA at year-end to prepare any necessary tax documents.
