Hilltop North Apartments

The Hilltop North Apartments are far enough away from main roads to be a quiet place to call home, yet close enough to get to shopping, restaurants, and schools within minutes. There is plenty of off-street parking and some garages available for an additional fee.

This is a market rate property, which means there are no income qualifications and all are welcome to apply. Section 8 Vouchers are welcome. An application fee of $50 per adult and a one-time security deposit equal to one month of rent are due with a completed application.

The initial maximum number of residents allowed is equal to two persons per bedroom. Each unit is limited to no more than two unrelated or four related adults. A related adult is defined as either a child, dependent, or parent of the head of household.
