Hilltop South

The Hilltop South Apartments are far enough away from main roads to be a quiet place to call home, yet close enough to get to shopping, restaurants, and schools within minutes. There is plenty of off-street parking (and some garage availability for an additional fee).

This is a market rate property, which means there are no income qualifications and all are welcome to apply. Section 8 Vouchers are welcome. An application fee of $50.00 per adult and a one-time security deposit equal to one month of rent are due at the time you leave an application.

The initial maximum number of residents allowed is equal to two persons per bedroom. Each unit is limited to no more than two unrelated or four related adults. A related adult is defined as either a child, dependent, or parent of the head of household.
