Homestead Apartments

Homestead is a great place to call home. It's located right on the bus route and within walking distance to many convenience stores, laundromats, and restaurants. We have one-, two-, and three-bedroom options with on-site laundry and off-street parking.

We offer multiple affordable and market rate options. Market rate units do not have income restrictions and all are welcome to apply. We also offer Section 8 units where rent is based on 30% of the household's gross, annual income. We also offer Tax Credit units where income restrictions apply but the rents are set. Section 8 Vouchers are welcome in these Tax Credit units. A security deposit of $500 is due with the application. In select units, a $35 application fee per adult is also due with the application.

Make your next move

The initial maximum number of residents allowed is equal to two persons per bedroom. Each unit is limited to no more than two unrelated or four related adults. A related adult is defined as either a child, dependent, or parent of the head of household.
