Knollwood Apartments in Pine Island offers one- and two-bedroom units with off-street parking and on-site laundry.

This property is funded through USDA's Rural Development Affordable Housing Program. When we have Rental Assistance available, households who income qualify will pay rent based on 30% of their gross income.

For those over the income limit or when Rental Assistance is not available, we offer competitive rental rates. A $35 per adult application fee, as well as a $500 security deposit are due with the completed application. All adult applicants must pass a criminal and credit background.
