This property is funded through USDA's Rural Development Affordable Housing Program. When we have a Rental Assistance available, households who income qualify will pay rent based on 30% of their gross income. For those over the income limit or when Rental Assistance is not available, we offer competitive rental rates. 

A $35 per adult application fee, as well as $500 security deposit are due with the completed application. All adult applicants must pass a criminal and credit check. This institute is an equal opportunity provider and employer.
