The E in PrairiE Lofts is eco-friendly, environmentally conscious, and energy efficient. The mission of this project was to build affordable, attractive apartments that utilize the latest technology.

PrairiE Lofts are built to EnergyStar, Indoor AirPlus, and Zero Energy Ready Home standards and will be seeking LEED certification. All appliances meet EnergyStar requirements and we've included a washer and dryer in each unit.

The monthly rent includes gas, electricity, water, sewer, and trash. We're located right on a bike trail system and offer patios or decks with beautiful views. Pets are welcome with pet deposit and monthly pet rent.

This is a market rate property, which means there are no income qualifications and all are welcome to apply. Sorry, Section 8 Vouchers are not allowed. An application fee of $50/adult and a security deposit of $500 is due with the application.
