Join us in a quiet rural setting, 7 miles from Interstate 35 and only 22 minutes from Lakeville. This property is funded through USDA's Rural Development Affordable Housing Program. When we have Rental Assistance available, household's who income qualify will pay rent based on 30% of their gross income. For those over the income limit or when Rental Assistance is not available, we offer competitive rental rates. A $35 per adult application fee, as well as a $500.00 security deposit are due with the completed application. All adult applicants must pass a criminal and credit check.
