Spring Creek Townhomes

The Spring Creek Townhomes are located in the river town of Northfield and situated on the southside of a 7 acre soccer park. We offer very large 2, 3 and 4 bedroom units, all with large walk-in closets, kitchens with a wonderful breakfast bar, and beautiful wooden blinds. All units include a covered front patio and large back patio. The property has a playground and walking path and overflow parking for guests. This property is funded through an affordable housing program. Therefore, income restrictions apply. Please see the Unit Search page for additional information. We gladly welcome Section 8 Vouchers. An application fee of $35/adult and a security deposit equal to one month of rent are due at the time of the application.
