Timberwolf Townhomes are conveniently located just down the road from Rosa Parks Elementary School and minutes from many convenience stores, restaurants, trails, and parks. Timberwolf offers very spacious three-bedroom townhomes with attached garages and private patios.

Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. This is a market rate property, meaning there are no income restrictions and all are welcome to apply. Section 8 Vouchers are not accepted at this property.

A security deposit of $1000 and an application fee of $50/adult are due with the completed application. The maximum number of residents is equal to two persons per bedroom. In addition, each unit is limited to two unrelated adults or four related adults. A related adult is defined as a child, dependent, or parent of the head of household.
