Construction is just finishing up and we have just a FEW units available! We have a few two bedrooms (including one handicap accessible unit and one hearing/vision impaired unit) and a four-bedroom unit. 1st & 3rd Apartments offers two, three, and four bedroom units. The floor plans are spacious and offer ample storage. We have many amenities to offer, including on-site laundry facilities, an elevator, underground parking + additional off-street parking, and a beautiful outdoor courtyard.

We gladly welcome Section 8 Vouchers. An application fee of $35/adult and a security deposit equal to one month of rent are due at the time of the application.
