1st & 3rd Apartments

COMING SOON: 1st & 3rd Apartments in Austin! We're expecting rent ready apartments for Fall 2024. We are now accepting names for our waiting list. Please contact us at (507) 901-0444 or by email at [email protected]. 

1st & 3rd Apartments will offer two, three, and four bedroom units. The floor plans are spacious and offer ample storage. We have many amenities to offer, including on-site laundry facilities, an elevator, underground parking + additional off-street parking, and a beautiful outdoor courtyard. 

1st & 3rd Apartments is funded through an affordable housing program. Therefore, income restrictions apply. Please see the Unit Search page for additional information. We gladly welcome Section 8 Vouchers. An application fee of $35/adult and a security deposit equal to one month of rent are due at the time of the application.
