A security deposit of $1000 and an application fee of $50/adult are due with the completed application. The maximum number of residents in a unit is equal to two persons per bedroom. In addition, each unit is limited to two adults per household.
Pet Policy
A maximum of two pets per unit are welcome at Greyson's Place Townhomes.A nonrefundable pet fee of $500 is due for the first pet and $250 for a second.
