Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. The fee for one animal is $500. For a second animal, an additional $250 is required.
This is a market rate property, meaning there are no income limits and all are welcome to apply. Sorry, Section 8 Vouchers are not accepted. A security deposit of $1000 and an application fee of $50/adult are due with the completed application. The maximum number of residents in a unit is equal to two persons per bedroom. In addition, each unit is limited to two adults per household.
Pet Policy
A maximum of two pets per unit are welcome at Maple Brook Townhomes.A nonrefundable pet fee of $500 is due for the first pet and $250 for a second.
