Yes, the security deposit (and application fee of $50 per adult) is due with the completed application. We are only able to hold a unit for you once we receive these payments.

No, we cannot accept applications unless there is a unit available. You are welcome to sign up for Notifications on our Floor Plans page. By signing up, you will receive an email or text notification when a unit opens. If you are interested in applying, you will be one of the first to know about the opening!

Yes, pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $500 for the first pet and $250 for a second pet. There is a two-pet maximum. 

We must follow city rental laws regarding pets. At this time, we do not have weight restrictions. If pet owners do not comply with pet policies, we reserve the right to ask that pets are removed from the property.
