INCOME RESTRICTIONS

Income and student restrictions apply at Restoration Glen. Households must make under a certain amount to qualify. The total annual household gross income is considered. In addition, not all household members can be full-time students. Please note, rent amounts are set (not subsidized or based on income). View the rent amounts in the table above. SECURITY DEPOSIT + APPLICATION

An application fee of $35/adult and a security deposit equal of $1000.

SECTION 8 VOUCHERS

We gladly welcome Section 8 Vouchers at Restoration Glen.

OCCUPANCY

The initial maximum number of residents in a unit is equal to two persons per bedroom unless otherwise stated in the property's Resident Selection Plan, where applicable. Each unit is limited to no more than two unrelated or four related adult persons per unit. Lloyd Management defines a related adult person as either a child, dependent, or parent of the head of household. General occupancy standards and any federal, state, or local housing ordinances will supersede this policy.
