Viking Terrace offers a variety of unit types including market rate, Tax Credit, and Section 8. 


MARKET RATE

Income restrictions do not apply for market rate units. All are welcome to apply.  


TAX CREDIT

Applicants for Tax Credit units will need to follow the 50% or 60% AMI income limits found in the table below. The income restriction will depend on the available unit. Section 8 Vouchers are welcome for these units.

SECTION 8

Those applying for a Section 8 unit must be equal to or less than the following income restrictions below. Rent for the Section 8 units is based on 30% of the annual household gross income.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

A security deposit equal to the first month of rent + utility allowance are due at time of application. In select units, a $35 application fee per adult is also due with the application.

OCCUPANCY

The initial maximum number of residents in a unit is equal to two persons per bedroom unless otherwise stated in the property's Resident Selection Plan, where applicable. Each unit is limited to no more than two unrelated or four related adult persons per unit. Lloyd Management defines a related adult person as either a child, dependent, or parent of the head of household. General occupancy standards and any federal, state, or local housing ordinances will supersede this policy.

UTILITIES

Heat, water, sewer, and trash are included with the monthly rent. Residents are responsible for electric costs.
