Trailside Apartments and Townhomes

Trailside Apartments and Townhomes are conveniently located in the center of Albert Lea right next to the city pool. We offer many amenities, beautiful grounds, and different housing types. Our Apartments are offered exclusively to seniors and individuals with disabilities and house a variety of features for everyone such as a fully-equipped community room, a second floor balcony, and laundry room. A guest room is available for family members when they come to visit. All utilities are INCLUDED in rent. Trailside Townhomes offer affordable family living with spacious one, two, and three-bedroom floor plans. Section 8 Vouchers are welcome in select units. Each townhome includes its own patio and private entrance. Located just blocks from the downtown area, you will be minutes from shopping, schools and restaurants.
