Pet Policy

Pets are welcome at Trailside Apartments with a refundable pet fee of $300. An initial deposit of $50 is required when the animal is brought to the premises. The remaining $250 is to be paid in increments of $10 per month until the full amount is met.
The following breeds are not allowed per our insurance policy: Akitas, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terriers, and Wolf-hybrids

Sorry, pets are not allowed at Trailside Townhomes.
